Acceptable use
ClearPix is a tool for processing images and videos you own or have explicit permission to modify. You are solely responsible for the content you process and for complying with copyright, platform terms, and applicable law in your jurisdiction.
Watermarks and copyright
A watermark typically identifies the rights holder of a work. Removing a watermark does not transfer or license any rights to you. Do not use this tool to misappropriate others' content, to remove copyright management information where prohibited by law (e.g. 17 U.S.C. §1202), or to misrepresent authorship.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Processing quality varies with content and device capability. Always keep your original files.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearPix and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
